Mission Description
- A dynamic attorney with an interest in Intellectual Property (trademark, design law, copyright law and associated branches of law)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Client-oriented, flexible and commercial approach
- Able to rapidly assimilate the subject matter and integrate into the team
- Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and flexibility are key.
- You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of identifying, protecting, valorizing and enforcing their intellectual property rights in all kinds of sectors (fashion, food, biotech, engineering, arts etc.)
- You will be able to work independently and you will have final responsibility for the cases you deal with
- You look after the client’s interests in dealing with different offices and external partners
- You will handle litigation cases
- You will work closely with colleagues from other departments to provide clients our GEVERS 360° service.
Candidate profile
- Law degree, with additional IP degree is a minimum requirement
- Relevant working experience (about 1 –3 years) in IP
- French as mother tongue and excellent command of English, written and oral
- Responsible, with an eye for details
- Eager to learn and flexible
- Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as team-player.
