The BioPark offers access to a highly specialized talent pool from a dense network of higher education institutions, universities with sciences and medicines faculties and training centres.

More than 3,200 highly skilled people from more than 30 countries are already part of the BioPark community and with 90 life sciences companies and three cross-faculty research institutes, the BioPark is a great place to learn, network and to build a career.

The BioPark facilitates access to this talent pool by providing access to the park’s CV database, online visibility of job openings, and liaison with Universities, High Schools and training centres. In addition, the BioPark offers access to a network of specialized executive search agencies and recruiters.

For international companies that are establishing a large subsidiary on the BioPark, a special recruitment support program is available in collaboration with ULB’s Health and Life Science Life Long Training Center, HeLSci.
