Mission Description

  • With multiple things grabbing our MP’s attention, we need a highly organized person to support him in the day-to-day activities. You’ll manage administrative tasks for our MP and leadership team, key stakeholders and by proxy the broader team where needed 
  • You’ll act as an intermediary for internal and external contacts
  • This position is a key role and will be responsible for :  calendar management 
  • preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, materials and presentations 
  • follow up on action points to ensure timely completion 
  • organization of confidential information and ensure easy access to relevant information 
  • travel management, booking restaurants, ordering gifts/flowers.
  • You will also support the MP and leadership team in special projects, strategic initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of supporting high level executives in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 
  • Fluent in English, written and oral, with mother tongue either Dutch or French 
  • Proficient in MS Office, email and calendar applications and meeting tools 
  • Equipped with common sense and problem-solving abilities 
  • Stress resistant 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work 
  • Discrete and able to handle confidential matters 
  • Eager to explore the world of IP.
