Mission Description
- An attorney with a passion for Intellectual Property (trademark, design law, copyright law and associated branches of law)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Client-oriented, flexible and commercial approach
- Able to rapidly assimilate the subject matter and integrate in the team
- Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and flexibility are key.
- You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of identifying, protecting, valorizing and enforcing their intellectual property rights in all kinds of sectors (fashion, food, biotech, engineering, arts etc.)
- You will be able to work rather independently and you will have final responsibility for the cases you deal with
- You look after the client’s interests in dealing with different offices and agents
- You will handle dispute resolution cases
- You will work closely with colleagues from other departments to provide clients our GEVERS full circle service.
Candidate profile
- Law degree, with additional IP degree are a minimum requirement
- A relevant working experience in IP is considered as a plus. With Dutch as mother tongue and excellent command of English, written and oral
- Responsible, with an eye for detail
- Eager to learn and flexible
- Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, but also a team-player.
