Mission Description

Responsibilities for marketing plan and tactical execution

  • Work with BU subject matter experts and central marketing resources to translate business and marketing objectives into marketing tactics
  • Together with corporate marketing resources and with direction from the associate director, support execution of tactics to increase awareness and lead generation
  • Select, drive and assess ROI for trade shows, seminars, and customer events relevant to the Cell Therapy business
  • Select, create content and assess ROI for digital advertising (webinars, social media, eBlasts, other lead generation)
  • Select, create content and assess ROI on capabilities presentations, print advertising, graphic illustrations and press releases
  • Work closely with business development to ensure awareness of marketing activities for cell therapy. Work with business development to gather input for the development of effective sales tools. Ensure adoption and proper usage of sales tools.
  • Draft, create, ensure accuracy and improve quality of web content
  • Support targeting campaigns, including authoring marketing messages for campaigns
  • Develop reports and presentations for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
  • Create training materials for new cell therapy service introductions

In charge of Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Support the market landscaping, data generation for strategic planning
  • Analyze the business, customer, and competitive environment on a continual basis
  • Work with available data sources for market analysis
  • Support forecasting process for top customers and products across Cell therapy
  • Provide input into regular competitive and market trend updates
  • Participate in BD meetings to obtain customer insights for Cell therapy

Candidate profile

  • Master ’s Degree in marketing or related field + educational background in science, biomedical
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • CDMO and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical development preferred
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, and oral and written communication skills. 
  • Broad understanding of brand and product management principles. 
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent In English (French, German will be asset)
