Mission Description

Promethera® Therapeutics is currently hiring a Technician to support the R&D, Manufacturing and Process Development activities.
You will have a transversal role and support the R&D, Process Development and Manufacturing activities:
  • Cell expansion of human liver cells in aseptic conditions.
  • Media preparation for cell culture and formulation.
  • Liver cells isolation in aseptic environment.
  • Record of relevant environmental and manufacturing parameters.
  • Cleanroom daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance level 1.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with the manufacturing planning.
  • Writing of procedures, protocols, deviations.
  • Work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Is part of 24/7 surveillance network.
  • Participation to in vitro experiments related to mechanisms of action and characterization of cell products developed by Promethera Therapeutics.
  • Planning and execution of experiments according to study plan.
  • Compilation and analysis of data.
  • Participation to the establishment of procedures within the department and supporting study reports writing.
  • Participation to daily lab activities (cleaning of R&D zones, stock inventory and orders).
Process Development:
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions and testing parameters, execute testing and report findings.
  • Implement new process improvement procedures.
  • Plan and execute bioreactor experiments, monitor cell cultures according to a study plan.
  • Develop downstream processing protocols.
  • Reporting on experiments.

Candidate profile

  • Educational background in biological or biomedical sciences.
  • Experienced in stationary cell culture and in aseptic manipulation in a pharma GMP environment.
  • Fluent in French (written and oral) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Flexible and quality oriented.
  • Hands-on problem solving and proactive attitude.
  • Real Team player.
