Production Training Expert (H/F/X)

Mission Description

The Production Training Expert integrates into the Production Department, in an environment following GDP/GMP rules. The main responsibilities of the role are:

On the field:

  • Able to deliver theoretical and practical training courses related to the operations  in cleanrooms (grade D, C, B, A)
  • Is qualified for Gowning grade A/B
  • Follows EHS rules, ensures they are applied on the field, incl. good use of EPI and follow-up of EHS actions to put in place on the field
  • Challenges and improves current training modules
  • Evaluates the need for training for the production staff
  • Check that training’s contents are well applied on the field

Documentation:

  • Generates (responsible) and/or ensures finalization (accountable/owner) and/or approves generic and transversal documentation as policies/ procedures/instructions/forms/protocols which could be eventually approved by Supervisor and relevant stakeholder
  • Manages, coordinates, and reviews generic APS (grade A) and gowning grade A/B for personnel
  • Initiates and/or improves and/or review specific training supports/materials
  • Write working instruction

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar function or relevant experience in a similar position in the sector of Biotech/Pharma/Cell therapy.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the pharmaceutical field (cGMP & cGDP)
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the Biotech/Pharma/Cell therapy sector including working in aseptic cleanrooms, working under laminar flow (Biosafety Cabinets, ...).
  • Proficiency in using IT tools such as MS 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of learning and quality systems are a must
  • Fluency in French, professional proficiency in English (writing/reading) is a must
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good training skills (for both theoretical and practical training courses)
  • Flexibility.
  • Very good organization skills, multitasking, proactive and autonomous.
  • You have an excellent team spirit and you integrate into teams easily.
  • You have a good ability to adapt to various situations.
