Mission Description

You are in charge to secure our supply by ordering the materials needed for our production units and labs.

Your main responsibilities :

  • You develop and implement the process to manage the materials
  • You contribute to the ERP implementation
  • Ensure Inventory Levels are on Defined Target
  • You define our Material Requirements
  • Purchasing and Supply Coordination
  • Supplier Forecasts Preparation
  • Master data management
  • Information and Data Analysis
  • Performance & KPI Management
  • Reporting to the Planning Manager
  • Our ideal candidate should be able to reach operational excellence demonstrating their material planning expertise and ability to secure their portfolio autonomously.

  • Reporting to Site Materials Management Lead

Candidate profile

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management
  • Fluent French & English
  • IT Expertise: ERP & Business Intelligence Tools (JDE, Business Objects) / Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in highly regulated industries
  • APICS & Lean 6 Sigma certifications are a plus
  • Scientific background is a plus
  • Strong driving skills : able to engage at all levels, motivate and influence
  • Lean mindset : do not accept status quo, reduce complexity
  • You're process driven, analytical, problem solving and have a commercial feeling
  • Open minded, able to work with all departements
  • Able to build the global picture and give meaning to an action
  • Self-driven, eager to contribute, develop, learn and grow.
