QC GMP Technician - Flow cytometry (M/F)

Mission Description

The QC GMP Technician main role is to perform QC Flow cytometry assays in order to evaluate the quality of the cell therapy products with a GMP quality grade and in an efficient way. He/She reports to the QC GMP Supervisor. In order to fulfill his/her role, he/she:

  • Ensures the availability of reagents, consumables in due time
  • Performs his/her QC assays, according to the teams planning and in compliance with GMP
  • Double checks filled forms or data generated by other QC operators, for which he is allowed to
  • Takes part in technology transfer from the client or from the P&AD department
  • Takes part in analytical method validation
  • Ensures the availability of reagents, consumables in due time
  • Assists the QC support in daily maintenance of the laboratory (bench and floor cleaning, waste evacuation, general aspect…)
  • Assists the QC support in the management of QC Reagents stock level
  • Respects the safety rules within the laboratory
  • Takes part of the deviations/OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA implementation
  • Takes part to internal and/or external audits, if necessary
  • Maintains open, effective, constructive and positive communication with all other QC team members and with other departments

Candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least Bachelor level (Bac+3) in biochemistry, clinical chemistry, biology, etc.
  • At least 2 year’s experiences in cGMP environment
  • At least A2 English level
  • Experience in flow cytometry is a must
