Mission Description

The Role

  • Gosselies has launched an ambitious digitalization road map to support his strategic objectives, covering manufacturing process and business process.
  • This roadmap must be synchronized with our integration into the Catalent group.
  • As Program Leader, your mission will be to drive our digitalization Road Map :
  • Responsible to define the company template and ensure teams’s adherence to it;
  • Support the projects teams to deliver the requested quality level (primary focus on the process analyse, specs accuracy, ...) : we strive for “the fit for purpose” à ability to challenge and drive teams towards the right solution;
  • ensure (functional and technical) consistency and coordination between the project’s teams, with the core team;
  • support the project teams to plan, monitor and control their activities;
  • organize communication and change management toward the enterprise;
  • prepare and follow up the steering comitee, with the sponsor.
  • We are working with latest generation software, like Odoo and other tools designed for the Biotech sector, and building the pharma 4.0.

Candidate profile

The Candidate

Expertises :

  • 5Y relevant work experience in driving IT projects, into the pharmaceutical industry;
  • 10Y Experience in regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical ;-environment;
  • Knowledge of end to end supply chain, business process (procure to pay, order to cash, Make to Order, Validation, ...) & Manufacturing environment;
  • Project Management skills (hard and soft skills);
  • Data warehouse, reporting tools, advanced analytics;
  • Gamp, Agile methodology, CSV, V approach, PM certification.


  • Organized, able to prioritized with multiple priorities;
  • Communication skills (oral and written), able to engage at all levels;
  • A natural “Problem solver”, analytical with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Team spirit, agile, pragmatical;
  • Strong Time management & used to fast moving environment.

  • Full-time position (40h/week);
