Mission Description

We are creating a new role to lead our Project Management Office, in order to enable the site to deliver our ambitious growth, allowing more patients to access novel therapies,

You will drive and support the teams in :

- Project Management Office :

you prepare (dashboards) and drive our project governance meetings

you coordinate and consolidate the reporting on the progress and risks of our projects

you develop and maintain

- Strategic Planning:

  • You streamline the priorities and build our project portfolio to support the departments into the strategy cascade into executable projects.

- Risk management:

  • You are in charge to deploy and animate our risk management process

- Performance Management :

  • Dashboard definition in collaboration with the Site Leadership team
  • KPI definition and cascade, change management to make it happen

- Coach:

  • You develop our Project leaders skills (training, coaching) and driving continuous improvement for our methods and ways of working
  • Overall, you are the go-to person for project managers when they have questions, need help, or work completed.

We are looking for an assertive candidate, able to challenge the sponsors and projects leader, supporting them to deliver the projects according to the plan (deliverables, timing, and costs).

Candidate profile

The Candidate

  • Master in Sciences or Business
  • 5Y experience as a project manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated sector
  • 3Y experience as PMO
  • Proven track record to work in multi-functional teams, networking, coaching, and mentoring effectively with others to achieve desired goals.
  • Consistent track record to work well in ambiguous scenarios, defining and driving desired success.
  • Project Management certification
  • Strong driving skills: able to engage at all levels, motivate and influence
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Lean mindset: do not accept status quo, reduce complexity
  • Able to build the global picture
  • Able to prosper in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Self-driven, eager to contribute, develop, learn, and grow.
