To lead its increasing number of recruitments, Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Officer.

Mission Description

Responsible to organise and execute incoming and outgoing transports (international shipments as per IATA regulations and cold chain transport conditions to and from sites/customer/labs) :
  • Coordinate delivery of Starting Material with customer and carrier and warehouse.
  • Plan shipment with customers and carrier.
  • Prepare shipment : Picking and packing list, cold chain requirements, Customs documentation, shipment follow up (cold chain, ....) and file archiving.
  • QA tasks : investigation when deviation, CAPA and change control activities related to transport.
  • Suppliers management : follow up the transport company performance.
  • Coordinate inventory destructions.
  • ERP maintenance: creation of New products Master Data, supplier infos (prices, vendor ref,... ).
  • Support Supply Chain improvement processes.
  • Back up support logistics operators in reception and shipping process.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or External Trade, or equivalent by experience 5Y relevant work experience in supply chain : transport, cold chain, export procedures, ERP experience - master data.
  • Very good level of French and English.
  • Export procedures.
  • Experience in working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in rolling out an ERP is a plus.
  • Rigorous and structured.
