To lead its increasing number of recruitments, Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Process Engineer.

Mission Description

Design our Supply Chain processes or improve the existing ones, to support our strategy:
  • Animate the team to define the fit for purpose TO BE process.
  • Write and get validated the SOP.
  • Build and deliver the trainings.
Drive the Supply Chain digitalization:
  • Write and get the URS validated.
  • Testing & implementation.
  • Training of the users.
Performance management:
  • Kpi Definition.
  • Dashboard execution.
  • When relevant : Root cause analysis, and remediation action.
Drive the Supply Chain compliance:
  • Methodological support for Dev analysis.
  • Methodological support for CAPA plan.
  • Follow up of training rate and other quality tasks.

Candidate profile

The Candidate
  • Min. 7 years of experience as a Supply Chain Engineer.
  • Mastrer's Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
