Mission Description

The QC support main role is to perform generic activities in the Quality Control department.

In order to fulfill his/her role, the QC Support:

  • Maintains open and effective communication with all other QC team member.
  • Respect MTC’s values, QC department vision and mission, and QC chart.
  • Participates actively to the weekly QC team meeting.
  • Works to keep department KPI in green.
  • Check the environmental monitoring.
  • Perform the routine microbiological testing (fertility, sterility).
  • Check daily the EMS.
  • Is in charge of the management of routine QC Reagents stock level.
  • Order the QC reagents.
  • Is in charge of the shipment for the QC department.
  • Perform on due time routine and planned maintenance, calibration, qualification of equipment in the QC Department.
  • Perform the maintenance of the laboratory (bench and floor cleaning, waste evacuation, general aspect…).
  • Drafts QC documents (INS, PRO, FORM, GSPE).
  • Performs his/her duties and documenting his/her work according to MTC’s current procedures and GMP rules.
  • Initiate deviation, OOS, CHC linked to his/her work and perform the investigation.
  • Implement CAPA.
  • Respects the safety rules within the laboratory.
  • Warns immediately the QC Supervisor/ the QC Manager in case of problem or failure.
  • Is the EHS (environment health and safety) support for the QC department.

Candidate profile


  • Experience in cGMP environment is a plus.


  • Quality minded, rigorous.
  • Good communication skills.


  • Full-time position (40h/week).
