Mission Description

The QC Manager main role is to manage the logistic activities in the Quality Control department. These activities are divided in these different fields:

  • Samples management
  • Outsourcing management
  • Raw Material and consumables sampling and testing strategy management
  • Infrastructures and equipment management
  • EM samples management

In order to fulfill his/her role, the Quality Control Manager supervise a team of different experts and supervisors having the current challenges:

  • Samples management: LIMS selection and implementation, then daily management
  • Outsourcing management: centralisation of outsourcing activities currently managed by each project individually, audit of QC subcontractors
  • Raw material and consumables: sampling and testing strategy transition to commercial activities
  • Infrastructure and equipment: start of the commercial facility, equipment validation
  • EM samples management: set up of a planning to anticipate workload

In addition the Logistic QC manager will support the QC director in managing the integration of MaSTherCell as part of the Catalent group.

Candidate profile


  • At least Master level in chemistry, biochemistry, clinical chemistry, biology, etc.;
  • At least 10 years experience in cGMP.


  • Experience in people management is a must.
  • Experience in a commercial facility is an asset.
  • Organization skills, multitasking.
  • Quality minded, autonomous, rigorous, attentive to details, persevering and pro-active.
  • Teamwork and teaching skills.
  • Good communication skills and cheerful.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English and French.


Full-time position (40h/week).
