To lead its increasing number of development and manufacturing projects, MaSTherCell is looking for a highly motivated Planning Manager.

Mission Description

Your mission will be to plan and monitor the clinical and commercial activities, to secure the on time delivery of the therapies to the patient :

  • Responsible for establishing and conducting an effective IBP (S&OP) at MTC, covering our core activities : Manufacturing, QC, QA, TS, Supply Chain.
  • Responsible for establishing a Master Production Schedule, in liaison with our Project Managers, customers and departments.
  • Conducting the departmental activities (people management and development, Material planning, production orders, replenishment policy, deviations management, procedures updates, ...).
  • Lead the ERP project in his field.

Candidate profile


  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant in production planning (MRP, S&OP, ...) in pharmaceutical env.
  • Knowledge of end to end supply chain.
  • Strong Experience with ERP systems (Key user JDE or other).
  • Scientific background or at least affinity (biotech).
  • Experience in regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical environment.
  • Manufacturing environment.

  • Full-time position (40h/week).
